Some folders are from older versions of Borland. Delete the LDAPI folder C:Idapi. Delete the Borland folder C:Program FilesBorland and, if present C:Program Files (x86)Borland. Delete the Borland Shared folder C:Program FilesCommon FilesBorland Shared and, if present C:Program Files (x86)Common Files Borland Shared.

Remove other versions of BDE. Click Start, Find, Files or Folders. Under Named type, LDAPI. Search the local drives.
Remove any LDAPI folders found. (Commonly under Corel/Shared/ if using Wordperfect)Note: If you cannot remove all Borland files because they are in use, remove all files possible & any registry keys.
