We had to separate the PM's on our two instruments because we couldn't get two suppressors at the same time and one of the instruments was down with a bad suppressor. The suppressors don't last as long as they used to.We used to be able to get technical support and go to really good classes.

Dionex is more than willing to work with you over the phone. Warranty service is NOT good. I made a call once and never heard another word. I managed to get REALLY lucky and fix the gadget myself.The Chameleon software is junk-except for one thing.

Software reads like it was written by a programmer and not a chemist. Very difficult to use and Dionex does not supply a manual with it. The help files are a jungle.
