Ok i installed the ios38-64-v3610, and i go to install the cios38-rev14 and i get an error -4100. To get the ios38-64-v3610 to install i had to use wad manager 1.4 instead of 1.3, do i need 1.5 to install cios38rev14. I cant even get cios38rev13 to install, do i need to start lower and work my way up on the cios. I dont know what cios i have installed right now. I used the oct 23 update to fix my wii, and it is currently on 3.4u. Thans again trying to get to 4.1 so i can play newer games and be up to date. You don't install ios38-64-v3610.wad with WAD manager.The reason you got -1 the first time is because you didn't have ios38-64-v3610.wad at the root of the SD Card and you choose to do a WAD Install.

So when it looked for ios38-64-v3610.wad it couldn't find it.So place ios38-64-v3610.wad at the root of the SD card. Then run the cIOS38rev14 installer again and choose WAD install.Or you could have pressed right 1 time on the D-Pad to change the instillation method to Network Install which ios38-64-v3610.wad file would have been downloaded from WiFi. I had tried what you said before i installed it as wad and i still got an error code.

Now i tried again, after i unistalled the wad ios38-64-v3610. I have put the ios38-64-v3610 at the root of the card.

I have the cios38rev14 in wad folder and i choose to install the cios38rev14 and i get an error code -4100, and it does not let me choose the option to do wifi, it pretty much throws the code as soom as it opens the wad file to download it. It wont let me do anything, as soon as i would have a chance to hit buttons it has already thrown the error code and says hit any button to go back. Is there anything else i am doing wrong. Thanks for the help. You unintsalled IOS38?Your lucky you didn't brick.YOU NEVER UNINSTALL AN IOS!First thing you need to do is run WAD Manager again and install ios38-64-v3610.wad again. Then do not uninstall that or any other system IOS or you could end up with a brick.Now download this file and extarct it.

Place the cIOS38rev14-Installer folder into the apps folder on your SD card.Place the ios38-64-v3610.wad file at the root of the SD card.Now launch the cIOS38rev14-Installer aplication from the Homebrew Channel and follow the instructions. Choose WAD Install as the instilation method.
